30-DAY RETURNS

We want you to love your Stowe wrap. If it's not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer covers the return shipping. We will email you a return label and deduct a flat fee of $5.99 from your refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?
If your item arrives damaged, stops working or has a manufacturing defect, the return is free. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue, and we'll send you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email us at soporte.tiendaonline@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll reply with your return instructions and label.
3. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving your instructions.
Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
