PRODUCTS
We do our best to describe and display our products accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Our heated wraps are personal warming products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

SAFE USE
Do not use the wrap while sleeping when it is plugged in. Do not use it on infants, young children or anyone who cannot feel heat or remove it on their own. Unplug it before washing. Use a 5V / 2A USB power source. Read the instructions before first use.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in US dollars and include import duties. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

ORDERS
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of suspected fraud or stock issues. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or store. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence.
