SHIPPING POLICY

FREE TRACKED SHIPPING
All orders to the United States ship free, with tracking.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME
Most orders arrive within 10 to 20 business days after shipping. Delivery times may be longer during peak holiday periods.

NO IMPORT FEES
Prices include all import duties. You will not be asked to pay any customs fees on delivery.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, email us at soporte.tiendaonline@outlook.com and we'll make it right.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll always do our best to help.
