What it does, and what it doesn't

What it does: warms your shoulders and back, gives you 3 heat levels, and zips closed so your hands stay free. It runs on 5V, the same voltage as your phone charger.

What it doesn't: it doesn't heat the whole wrap, it doesn't heat the room, and it doesn't work on its own. It needs a USB power bank (5V / 2A).

We'd rather you read it here than find out at home.

Fabric, size & care

Outside: textured jacquard knit (68% cotton, per the manufacturer).
Inside: soft light-grey velvet lining.
Size: about 59 × 31 in (150 × 80 cm). Covers you from shoulders to knees when you sit.
Care: unplug and remove the cable, then machine wash (per the manufacturer).

Your questions, answered

Does the whole wrap heat up?

No, and we'd rather tell you up front. It warms in zones across your shoulders and back, which is where you feel the cold the most.

What do I plug it into?

Any USB power bank with a 2A output. The same kind you use for your phone works great. If it ever feels weak, check the port: older 1A ports don't deliver enough power.

What if it's not for me?

You have 30 days to return it. We want you to try it in your own home, on your own couch, before you decide.

Can I sleep in it?

Not while it's plugged in. It's made for the couch, the kitchen or the reading chair, not for bed. Unplug it before you fall asleep.

Always cold at home?

The heat is on and everyone's fine. But your shoulders and back never warm up.

And the blanket never stays put

It slips off every time you get up. So you turn up the heat, and you're still cold.
